I moved here and love it. I thought it was kinda weird to see what the guy was saying about the staff disliking children. Seeing as all of them have children and have pictures of them on the walls of there office. Sounds like a crazy person who was probably bitter about not being able to afford living here. The price is a little high, but thats what you pay to be in the biltmore area. Houses all around the area are in the $700,000 range. So paying $1175 for a 2 bedroom sounds just fine to me. The staff is very friendly and professional and always willing to go above and beyond to take care of the other people living here. What I loved most was the size of my 2 bedroom, it was like 1250 sq feet. Very large and felt more like a home!! I would rent here if you are lucky to get in quick like I did.
