The 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment layout is nice. Maintenance is pretty fast and the crew is very kind. We have had a leak in our bathroom because an above tenant was overfilling there washer. The crew did what they could to patch it up but it doesn't look very good. For instance we can tell dark blue duck tape was used because we can see it on our tan wall. We didn't like how they changed the hours of the Lounge/billiard area to 9pm. Police are always around, this complex seems to attract domestic violence tenants. Six months after moving in about 15 cars were vandalized in one evening. You may have to park on the other side of the complex if you own more then one car. Luckily it is a small complex so the walk isn't far regardless of where you park. The city put an island in on Cave Creek and now, if you are driving north bound on Cave Creek you have to make a U-turn at the light to get to the main entrance. Our second down stairs neighbors were alway yelling at each other, it sounded like they were in one of our rooms with the door closed. Occasionally we hear neighbors yelling at each other from our bathroom, it sounds like the air ducts are connected. The staff told us that although the floors in the kitchen are fo-wood which is bad for noise on the floor below that they are actually very quite and you wont hear people above you and you wont disturb the people below you. The people that live above us are very light weight but sound like sumo wrestlers when they walk.
