If you move to an apartment by the pool, beware:
The bbq smoke may kill you. Maybe they could require that chef wannabes take a training course to minimize the smoke, which smells of unburned gas.
They play a loop of repetitive music at the pool. Poor sound system and crappy music. It sounds like Stevie Wonder moaning about the passing of disco.
The pool is open 24 hrs. There are unenforced rules about using the pool quietly after 10 PM.
On many nights, there are loud, rowdy people at the pool at all hours of the night.
Raving non-residents party at the pool after dusk. I have seen those people puke in the pool, smoke in the pool, and drink beer from bottles around the pool and in the spa.
