I am a 30 year old business executive, just relocated from the midwest. Upon moving into Trillium, I thought it was the mecca of apartment living. The pool was beautiful, the movie theatre, the nice bbq grills, etc., all that changed drastically. Within 3 months my car was broken into and various items were stolen out of it. The office seemed sympathetic, but when I checked with the local Police department, they informed me that I was 1 of 16 break-ins that month and coul;d nopt understand why Trillium was not taking neccessary steps to inform the residents or put a stod to it, they simply sat back and watched it happen. Trillium Deer Valley told me it was not their responsibility and they could do nothing about it. This did not sit well with me.
When somebody "rammed" the front gate, instead of filing an insurance claim, Trillium Deer Valley decided to simply just leave it open for 3 months. Remind me again why I paid $1,100 for a 1 bedroom when they can't even provide basic security.
I was able to deal with this though. The real schocker came 1 week after I moved out. I am an immaculately clean person and keep an o.c.d. style house, so you could imagine my shock when I received an itemized bill totaling $394.00 for toilet cleaning, grout cleaning, cupboard cleaning, refridgeratot cleaning, etc. I never fully understood the meaning of the term "nickel and dime-ed" before trying to leave Trillium Deer Valley.
Its about principles and professionalism, and Trillium Deer Valley did not display either of those. Had they not done this to me, they would have probably gotten at least a 3.5 star rating. Upon checking with 3 seperate friends who all moved out of Trillium Deer Valley, the same thing all happend to them.

Wow the same thing happened to my husband and I when we moved out and bought a house. We just got a bill for $154 for pet odor treatment which made no since cause their was no odor in our apartment. but thanks for writting this review, as much money has we paid them they should be able to take care of those things if they find them necessary. To anyone who sees this beware when you move out they will try to pull a fast one on you, but right now I will try to fight these charges. Find another place to rent or better yet buy a house its so much better!
