I am a homeowner at neighboring Villagio @ Happy Valley, not a former, current, or future resident. Alameda Road across from your main entrance is NOT AN EFFING DRAG STRIP!!! Kids stand on the south side of Alameda, just outside the east entrance to my development to wait for their school bus. I would hate to see one of you arrogant leadfoots cram into and hurt or kill one of them. The homeowners of Villagio @ Happy Valley are fed up with your reckless and disrespectful behavior, and we are in communication with Phoenix Police about this problem. It won't be long till we are standing outside of our development with radar guns and digital cameras, taking pictures of your criminal actions. Once PPD gets the evidence it needs from us (which won't take long), they will have enforcement on this road and you will be ticketed/arrested. Just giving you all fair warning. BE SAFE!! If you want to go 85 MPH on asphalt, I suggest you go to Firebird Raceway on a Friday night.

I totally agree with you! People get on my butt when I'm driving if I'm going 40...I'm thinking this is a 35mph zone so 40 is even going over. Everyone goes so fast down that road its insane! I live in Trillium and I happen to be one of the decent ones that doesn't go fast. I hope it slows down too. Pretty soon there will be a lot more cops patrolling the area so that should slow people down a bit.
