I had lived at this complex before, when it was called Wyndham Park Apartments, and had liked it, but I moved some time before they had all their money problems. It was on the news how they hadn't paid the water bill, people were having their water shut off, advocacy groups were telling tenants how to get out of their leases...it looked pretty bad on tv. Well, the complex has new owners and management but there are a lot of vacancies still because so many people moved out. I'm liking it, because it's nice and quiet around my little studio (I moved in at the beginning of October) and I'm kinda hoping that it stays this way for a while, but they're offering a pretty sweet move-in deal with low rent. It's gonna bring in lots of people, especially when the construction on the 202 is done. Hopefully it'll stay nice and quiet.

My place at Valencia sure isn't nice and quiet. I am one of the unlucky ones to have VERY inconsiderate neighbors living above me in the three story style building. They are constantly fighting, cussing, throwing stuff and throwing temper tantrums too. The lady upstairs has a baby and her deadbeat no-good baby's daddy doesn't help anything when she is yelling and screaming at him for not working. Their electricity was also shut off due to their non-payment. My next door neighbors moved out because of the people upstairs too. I am counting the days till my move out which is only a week and a half away!
