I will never live in an apartment again! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   From day one wynham park was horrible! The girl who signed me up for my lease, I later found out AND had to pay for a big financial mistake. the managers were rude and they find every little thing to possible charge you for. when they say "free rent" dont be deceived! that was hardly the case, they ask for huge deposits, some refundable, most not. I ended up paying every month even the month I was to get"free". they constantly give you late notices and eviction notices if you choose to pay by credit card, since sometimes things process and they expect the money to be there in there hand instantly. when i signed my lease, i made it clear i had to leave april 1st since id be done with school and they gave me a lease till the 30th...so i had to pay for april when i was going to be in a different state! ALSO- they require 60 days notice, so im not to pay may 05 also. DONT LIVE THERE'! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY!
