I lived here when the complex was still Wyndham Park. I had two different one bedroom units. In the first one there was a leak in the bathroom over the tub and they tried to fix it and when they couldn't they moved me into another unit. My second unit was much nicer- it had better cabinets in the kitchen and a great pool view. I was always impressed by how well the grounds were maintained.
They don't have central air so in the one bed you have one AC unit and in the living room you have another and they don't maintain a set temperature. They are either on or off and they are very noisy. Central air is so much better.
The units, in my opinion, are definitely too small for more than one person. Also, I never felt threatened but as a woman living alone there are better neighborhoods to be in.
All around, the apartment was a good starter place and would be good enough if you don't have much money. If you have a little more to spend I'd say its totally worth it to upgrade.
