Let me start by saying the office staff is great! They actually care about their community. All my maintenance requests were met by the very next day.

Anywho, When I moved into my apartment I got not only the necessities of my ideal apartment like a dish washer, an electric stove, a microwave, a Washer and dryer.
They also have the little things like ceiling fans in each bedroom, safety alarm system, full size mirrors, and even a cozy wood-burning fire place. As far as the actual size, it was perfect. I fit my 10 foot entertainment center and still had room for my couch and rocking chair.

The exterior is also amazing! My balcony was very private and very large. The grounds are well kept. Trees canopy the ENTIRE courtyard. My children loved the open grass area! You would not expect anything like this out of an apartment community anywhere else in Phoenix!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!!! This property couldn't have a better location, you're minutes away from everything you will ever need. The airport is less than 10 minutes away. Shopping is great, less than 2 miles is the Builtmore Mall, The BEST restaurants are in this area and there are hundreds to choose from. You are just central to everything, you can't go wrong.
