This is the worst complex to live in.I would have rather lived on the street.They dont fix anything,one neighbor had a fire,smoke alarm was faulty and when the tenant questioned the manager carol,she was given a five day notice.kicked out at christmas time,with her 4 kids.This is meanest lady you could ever rent from.the grounds keeper is two faced and if she doesnt like you,or her grandkids are mad at the other kids for something,she tells the manager that your a problem,gossiper,etc.whatever she has to do to get you kicked out.She has told anyone who would listen about her neighbor that is dying from cancer.She is the gossiper in this place.There was always ppl getting kicked out for drugs,it says no pets but her neighbors have cats and jan knows it!as lomg as she likes you,she wont tell,but dont cross her or her grandkids in anyway or you Will be kicked out,for one reason or another

I completely agree! That place is a JOKE and should be shut down!!!!!
