My husband and I moved over to this apartment complex from Lynnwood. He had been with the management team for several years prior to this move. We would have stayed there but they did not have an larger apartment available. Since moving here we have had nothing but trouble. We are quiet people and do not bother anyone. Our neighbors on the other hand are not so nice. The parking situation is horrid. Many nights coming home from class or work, we have to park on the street. There is loud music and drinking allowed in the parking lot. There is smelly garbarge allowed to sit on the poarches for days on end. There are children that run wild. Our car has been broken into, tires slashed, keyed and our bumper knifed and all of this happens on Monday or Tuesday nights because the so called security company does not have a guard for us on those nights. It's their night off. And even when security is on duty that night, we share him/her between Villa del Sol and Lynnwood. Things were somewhat better before the complex changed owners. Maintance is decent, when they can figure out what the problem is.
