From: mrspotatohead Date posted: 1/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   i have been here 6 months and overall this is a good place to be. when your doors are closed it is very quiet and minimal to no noise from my surrounding apartments. i have lived where you can hear every step and talking fron your neighbor's apt but not here the walls seem very well insulated. i have only heard one arguement in the parking lot and have never seen a police car here. 3 of my biggest complaints are the residents who dont clean up after their dogs (i have stepped in it 3 times),finding a parking space for guests and in the summer the pool gates were not secured (the residents would block the locks)and there were a few unsupervised kids playing near by. i live alone and feel safe,but the coolest thing is the office staff. they all remember everyones name and apartment # from day one. like you've been here for years.
