I lived at Villa Encanto for about a year and a half. While I felt pretty safe, there were a few problems. The toilet was constantly getting stopped up, no matter what precautions I took. Secondly, it was very dark with limited lighting. Thirdly, the walls, like most older apartments, are paper thin and I had the misfortune of living next door to 18-year old meth heads. Maintenance was slow. Lots of times the security gates would get stuck halfway open or wouldn't work at all. I felt the apartment was overpriced for what I got, but it wasn't so bad that I had to move. I wouldn't choose it again, though. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
