Not renewing From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   It's a place to sleep thats about it. I've been here almost a year and I don't plan on renewing. The buildings are outdated. My door I can tell has been beat in couple times. My key is constantly getting stuck in the lock and I called to have maintenance fix it and all they did was take it apart and put it back together and said it was good to go. As for Parking its nice to have an assigned parking. But on the other hand my truck was broken into twice with in a month back in December. I reported it and they said that break-ins are more common during December. They didn't really even care. They say its and gated residence but I have come home at all times ranging from 6 pm to 3 am and the gates have only been shut once in the last 3 months. The residence tend to keep to themselves. I don't even know any of my neighbors.
