I have lived at Villa Encanto for 1 year. I'm not renewing cause I bought a house but would most defiantly have renewed if not. I love ------, she is nice and always smiling. ----- is just as friendly. Are they sisters' ----- needs to learn form them. She lacks needed customer service skils. I don't like talking to her. I'll keep calling untill i can reach ------, ----- or -----. ----- is nice. Always asks how i'm doing. I like the online thing.
