Leaking roofs & windows, smelly a/c, never enough hot water for dishwasher to work properly, vandals roam parking lot constantly doing damage, lots of drug dealing, unwilling management, very expensive for the environment/amenities/lack of safety, old smelly carpet, bad paint jobs, dirty refridgerators & stoves, constant booming noises due to poor fitting doors all over the place, uncontrolled kids, really appeals to trash of all varieties.
