GREAT LOACATION, SUPER NICE MANAGEMENT AND PERSONEL, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO MAINTANCE ON 20 YEAR OLD APARTMENTS ITS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST, LEAKY VALVES, OLD NOISY AC THAT STINK, CABINET DOORS THAT DO NOT CLOSE PROPERLY, JUST GETTING OLD AND OWNERS DO NOT WANT TO DO UPKEEP, WILL PROBABLY END UP AS SECTION 8 HOUSING IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
