Villa Serena is not a great place to live it is by far the worst place to live yet. Buildings falling apart, on going leaks, sinks falling on children, carpets are stained and stinky, drug dealers and users, people jump the wall from the liquor store and break into your cars, management and maintnence are lazy and could care less about the property and their residents here, and you have no privacy on you patios. They say they have a block watch and that some one is walking the grounds all through out the night. I am up late and have not once seen any one walking around, but hey I don't blame the people for not walking around they are probably scared to death out there. The rent is to high for the area it is in and for all the trouble and problems you have while you are here. I would never recommend the dump to any one.
