I have lived here for 3 years and will be moving for a job transfer. I feel that the new manager and her assistant have had to mend the previous mngrs issues. They do a great job in resolving my issues immediately. I know many people here and they complain because they are late with rent or get caught with animals so they have to talk crap to save face. I think they should raise rent to get the riff raff out and I would be more than happy to pay an extra 100 month just so I dont have to deal with losers who dont pay theirs on time or find stupid crap to gripe about. I have never ever seen any homeless people digging in the garbage and I personally know the maintanence guys and none of them do drugs. They have families and provide what they can for them. If you want good rent,good service, immediate problem solving, clean apartments then by all means drop by the office and ask for Nita. I see her showing the model and I hear her telling people about the place and such and she is nothing but friendly and upfront about it. Even after you move in. Dont take the words of my self of the other people on here, just go in and talk to her yourself and look around. Good Luck!
