I have lived here for almost 4yrs and have no desire of staying past that.

Some may think that managers in the past were bad, but these 2 have nothing on them.
I recently asked that my bathroom be fixed for the 4th time (the ceiling is still falling down from a water leak a year ago),and that was a month ago and still haven't seen anyone, gotten a phone call saying when they will be there.
Asked them for a new element for the stove along with drip pans and was questioned as to why I needed them.

It took them almost 3 months to fix a broken cabinet in the kitchen and when I asked about it for the 3rd time, the manager Nina, stated "I was never informed of this!" I informed her that I have requested it for 2 months straight.
Now, there is graffiti on the call box and various other parts of the complex.

I have had people call my home on the call box asking to be let in at various hours of the night.

The management has now decided to raise everyone's rent by $130 plus dollars a month and charge for water.

But if you call anonymously and request information they give a rental rate that is below what you are paying now and tell you that water is included in you rent, which we know is not true for some.

The management won't even acknowledge any of the issues going on in the complex, they prefer to be blind to the fact that they are losing good renter's due to their own stupidity.
They have gone through 3 sets of managers in 3 years and 5 different maintance men.

If that doesn't say something about the management company then nothing else does.
If I had to do it over again I would have definately gone somewhere more renter friendly.
