Lets see been here a year and already moving. The apartment above us had several leaks into my apartment, everything from toilet water to tub overflow, in the same bathroom, took the complex over a month to fix everything. And then who ever they hired did a bad job. The stuff they put up instead of tile is so bubbled that I know water has gotten back there. We also had bees outside of our apartment, A hive above us on the third floor and then another one being made in the tree right above my porch. They sticker any car of yours or friends, when you cause too much fuss. They never fix anything on time. and the management is rude and degrading when you talk to them if you are a little late on rent. I mean not everyone's payday is the 1st day of the month. And the Roaches...... Well lets see they have sprayed 5 times, foged once, we bug bombed, and I try to keep my apartment spotless and nothing works I still have those things all over my house, not just in the kitchen, but I find them in every room and its gross. When I moved in, this apartment wasn't even cleaned right either. Please Don't bother living here. They are kicking people out for kids drawing with chalk on the side walk. I understand them throwing people out because of throwing rocks, but for drawing'
