We moved in in Feb 2007, it was quiet, well kept, the manager was nice, but VERY slow to do what he said he would do - our a/c unit was just fixed last week (at the end of summer) come to find out our electric bills have been over $300 all summer due to the big hole around our unit letting all the air out. The manager kept daying all summer he would go up on the roof and clean it out and make sure it was ok, instead he waited until the end of summer! We also had to replace our own range/oven because we couldn't wait on him anymore. In the last few months, I have become afraid to walk outside at night due to the people the manager has been renting to, now there is dog poop everywhere and the grounds are NOT kept up anymore. It was a different place when we first moved in - dewfinately NOT worth the amount charged for rent!!
