It is the right place, I have had many bad rental experiences in the past, Villager more than makes up for the sour times, I not saying it's like living in Century City Ca again! How ever, the grounds are kept clean & well groomed, units receive numerous upgrades & the owner/manager is onest, fair, generous & hands on seeing to all details, Dollar for Dollar Villager is the best place in Phoenix I have ever lived bar none!

I agree. been here for awhile now and it seems that the owner is improving and upgrading something, somewhere in the complex almost on a daily basis.
