I can tell you that the apartments are in top shape and the landlord is always doing something new to them .
he treats every one their like family.
i would recommend this place to any one .
I lived at the The Villager Apartment Community.

Too bad this reviewer only gave the place 3 stars. I would give it at least 4 and the owner 5. What other landlord goes around in a Santa hat during Xmas handing out prsents to his tenants? All I ever got from my previous landlords was a hard time.

I moved from out of town also and was leary of what to expect as I had rented the apartment sight unseen. It was more than I expected and the owner went out of his way to amke me feel at home as quickly as possible!

I just moved in and couldn't beleive the lavish attention that the owner gave me. Left me all kinds of stuff when I moved in. Not just the usual gift basket but also a change of address card, sodas in the fridge and all kinds of little toiletries includinga plunger-what's that all about? Talk about caring? he calls me a few times here and there to see if I', ok and offers his truck to move my new furniture? Also offered to give me rides about since I'm new to the area? Dunno what to take about all this attention? I feel overwhelmed with niceity?

Yeah, he's definitely a very unusual Lanlord. Wants to make evryone happy and nice and all. It's weird that a landlord could be that nice and helpful to his tennats but it;'s true as I have seen it in action many times. I hope that people appreciate that.
