I have lived in the Phoenix Metro area for nearly 5 years and feel like I am home.

Granted it's in a studio, but as soon as I am in better times I hope to move into one of the 1 bedrooms.

I am an adult re-entry college student who hasn't always had great times financially.

Lessons learned, Edvard (manager-owner) understands this and welcomes people who can manage life's obstacles with honesty and effort.

One of my other biggest reasons in moving here was the new Light Rail ( which opened Dec 27, 2008) that runs along 19th Ave, I have had bad luck with cars and went green buying an electric bike (which fits behind my door along that wall).

This complex is near a busy intersection of Camelback and 19th Ave (more so with the train) and about a mile from I-17, it is set back from the road and quiet, you forget you are so close to downtown Phoenix until you occasionally hear the train horns which are not loud.

It is NOT a perfect area (the Avenues) to live in, but I feel safe here as a single woman.

Safety is a big issue with the owner/manager. He has built a wonderful relationship with the Phoenix Police Department as well as attending an annual seminar on how to make and keep the complex safe. Thank you Edvard, we all greatly appreciate your efforts!
