I moved from North Scottsdale not really knowing what to expect even though I work in the area. I immediately liked the fact that the owner was hands on. He made my move in easy and was very accommodating. He even upgraded some fixtures when he noticed a slight problem. I've lived in some large corporate owned complexes and all you ever are is a tenant. Here the place is always picked up and the landscaping is well maintained. I've been here several months and the place has always been peaceful and the neighbors friendly. I've been in some of the other local apartments and there is a night and day difference!

I just went through amessy divorce and have to start all over again. I talked with the owner about it and he says that it was a common expereince. Spend a couple of years here, regroup and put your life back together. Now I'm wondering if I ever want to go back to that high-stress yuppie lifestyle ever again. I like this place-cute, clean, quiet-outoftheway peaceful yet close to everyting...

The reviewer nailed it-peaceful...never all the comotion that you have in other complexes. He keeps an iron grip on things around here. No tolerance for BS that goes on in so many other places.

Nicest, cleanest laundry room I have ever seen. Even has butterflies on the wall.
