My brother and I are roommates and wanted to move into a larger apartment. When one became available, we walked it with the Owner/Manager and he asked us to make a wish list of things we would like changed or upgraded. We did so and gave it to him. Not only did he take care of items we requested, he went above and beyond! New tile all around, new breakfast bar, new track lighting and more. The Manager is also the Owner, not someone employed by a management company based in California like most other complexes. If you want a home where the Management actually cares and listens to you, then you can't go wrong here.

The fact that the owner is also the on-site manager makes all the difference in the world. I can go right to him and get business taken care of immediately instead of layers of corporate employees at other complexes..

I would NEVER EVER AGAIN LIVE in a corporate owned complex. This owner has spoiled me for life!
