I transferred to Phoenix with my job and was very impressed with the value and location of the Villager Apts. It's convenient to shopping and restaurants, but is also is close to downtown. The complex is well kept and the owner/manager Edvard has been very helpful with my move. It's definitely been a positive experience for me moving into the Villager.
