Wasn't sure about moving to the villager when we arrived in Phoenix. I am so glad we did though. Most communities and so "stuffy", but not at the Villager. Edvard is a business man, but he is also someone who will bend over backwards to make each tenant feel at home. If you ever have a problem, big or small, he makes sure to resolve the problem as quick as possible. He also is the type of Land Lord that gets out there everyday to make sure then the grounds are in pristine condition. The man never stops trying to make improvements to make our community the best it can be. Plus, Evard likes to have gatherings about every other month for the residents so we can meet and greet others. It is like a family here. We have foods and beverages and have a wonderful time. I would recommend the Villager if you want a quiet, clean and friendly place to live. You will not be disappointed
