Moved here from NY. Was hoping for the best, and have been well pleased. The place looks new, community looks new, very quiet, and then ya got Edvard, the owner, he is the man! To be completely honest he is a laid back, down to earth, smart fella who really is a full service landlord. Ya know those landlords that never answer your calls, never do anything for you, and are just a night mare? Complete opposite with Edvard. I see him pretty much daily, you can always get a hold of him, he really tries to be a great landlord. I bought a TV in mesa, he drove all the way with his truck to pick it up for me, and then wouldn't accept any money I offered him. Does that sound like a landlord or a family member?

If your thinking of moving here, I fully recommend it. Also right at the light rail, right down the road from huge mall with super target, walmart etc. I seen on city data people thinking all these great reviews the place has to be "too good to be true", hey I'm someone who always thinks twice when I see something like that as well, and I can tell you it's not too good to be true, it really is worth all 5 stars. No complaints at all. Great place! Check it out!
