I have now been here for over a year, In one year the owner has done numerous upgrades in my apartment as well as accommodated me with all the little extras that i like, he really has gone above and beyond to make sure all his tenants are completely satisfied...The place is tucked away and quiet, the green grass you can putt on it..
Everyone is really great around here and we always welcome new tenants...
I one day will buy a house but till then, i cant see moving away from a place that i feel so comfortable at...........

I also want to buy my own home someday but like the reviewer states, this is a sgood as it gets in the menatime...I also don't have to pay for water, sewer, garbage, gas and all kinds of other landscaping, and maintennace and repiar issues. Hmmm...maybe, renting is the way to go for awhile longer!? I like living here-nice, neat, trim-manager who is also the owner keeps everyting in line, oderly, neat amd great customer service. I'll stay awhile longer...

I've never seen such green grass anywhere, let alone Arizona...if I was a golfer, I'd bee putting....check out my $200 kitchen faucet!

Nowadays, it's better to rent than buy...economy sucks and is very unpreditactabke?
