This has been the most horrible living experience of my life. If you like nightly crack head fights at 3am and jobless addicts wondering the property looking for cigarette buds than this is the place for you! I have had several cabinet doors simply fall off and not been fixed in over 7 months one of the doors fell off and smashed my foot causing me to have to go to the hospital. The hallway ceiling is filled with water and leaks when the ac runs this too has never been fixed despite repeated requests to have it fixed. Maintenance came in one day unannounced while my boyfriend was resting in the bedroom; they only stayed for a few minutes but where probably scared away by the barking of our dog. When we called the office to find out why someone felt like it was ok to just walk in the house they stated that we told them to come in, but they could not tell us what it was that we requested . It seems as though anyone could have a key to the apartment which is beyond frightening. The management is unwilling to provide any type of services and continues to ignore all their responsibilities. The water is simply shut off every month for about a day or two and hot water is sporadic...and also just for fun sometimes there is only scalding water! I have had my license plates stolen and my car has been tagged with spray paint oh yes a shortly after making a police report I found scratches down the front. People frequently park their car in the reserved parking space leaving me with no where to park. The nasty neighbors let their 4 dogs (we are only allowed 2) use the area directly behind our balcony as there toilet and then they never pick up so if I open the balcony door it smells like a zoo( there is a $200 fine for not picking up). When I first moved in it was also my first time in Phoenix, there was a fatal gang related drive by shooting! PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away, it as truly been the scariest life experience!

Go to Bilmore on the Lakes across the Freeway...way better management...way better maintenace and tennants for about the same price...my girfriend lives there...no problems!
