We are being evicted for not paying our rent which we held out on due to the maintenece issues we had. Our washing machine was broken for a month, I was 8 months pregnant and already dealing with preterm labor, the baby came early I ran out of clothes for him and had to go buy more. We were told four times it was fixed and it never was, when he finally fixed the problem, he only made the rest worse, our laundry room flooded that night because "my husband didnt have the right tools to tighten the hoses", which after a ruined load of clothes we realized were switched so everything was washed in hot. The parking blows, my friend was here to meet our new baby and her car was towed for parking inside the complex and there are only a few spots outside the gate that are almost always full. My family cant even come to see him without parking on the street.
