This person is obviously having a romantic relationship with the apartment manager to rate this complex so high. For your safety and own well being don't listen to a word of turtle65's jiberish, who is, sleeping with the enemy. 25% of your take home pay is the garnishment the will be detached from your wages after the Villas evicts you, remember that!

The comment by Turtle65 couldn't be farther from the truth. The Villas on Bell is a terrible place to live and I don't understand how the management staff is still there. They have no regard for the well being of their tenants. Over and over they make excuses for the trashy tenants and do nothing about the illegal activities that go on. They don't deserve to have the hard working and respectable people call an apartment on their propery "HOME!"

There is a new manager at Villas on Bell. She is absolutely wonderful! fro anyone interested in looking at the apartment community, her name is Jackie. I moved here from the east coast and looked at may complexes before choosing the Villas on Bell. Jackie had much to do with my decision. She was so engaging, and informative, as she told me all about the restaurants, grovery stores, and other businesses in the area. She has a great since of humor and made me laugh. Since moving into the Villas on Bell, I have been extremely happy. My apartment is lovely and Jackie doesn't waste a moment when it comes to her tenants, potential tenants, and their requests. Whenever I have a requests, she acts on it immediately. I don't know how she gets so much accomplished so fast. Her maintenance man, A.C., is the best maintenance man that I have ever had the pleasure to know. He is kind, courteous, and quick with his work, and its always quality work. I enjoy living at the Villas on Bell so much and the staff that operate it, that I often stop into the office just to say "Hi". Even the big boss, Jackie's supervisor, who over-sees several apartment complexes is a delightful and engaging professional. Jackie is always in the office with a smile and a warm greeting. I have observed her with the tenants, children, and guests, and her treatment of them is absolutely delightful. In fact, I'd have to say that she has the patience of "Job". I have witnessed some potential tenants that could clear room at the drop of a hat, but Jackie always remains cool and collected, continues to smile and treat the customer with the utmost respect. If you are looking for an apartment to rent, come visit the Villas on Bell before you make your final decision, and see for yourself. You will find that the apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and the community is safe, quiet, and affordable. Not to mention that it is in a great location. I plan to remain here for a very long time.
