Upon arriving at the Villians (Villas) on Bell, I liked how new the complex was. I was like, wow, this is so nice. The first time I saw the inside of the apartment on the initial tour, I really liked it. The property seemed nice and well kept and seemed safe. My husband works alot of hours, and I thought, this would be a great place to live, and my daughter and I could go out and play at the children's play area alot. Please ladies, for your safety don't be caught dead in this place, look elsewhere! I'm telling you, the place looks nice, but it is dangerous.

I have had issues with my neighbors, and I don't feel safe because the tenants approach you when they are mad. They know that my husband works alot and he is not there to protect me and my daughter, they know his hours and that is scarey. I lay awake at night hearing the neighbors slapping the wife/girlfriend around and beating the children. It's a nightmare. I am so glad I'm out of that neighborhood. The managers make you fend for yourself.

Just curious why you would just listen to the neighbors slap the wife and beating the children. Did you not call the cops on him? Just wondering...I know I would have.

That is the point in the explanation of the place that obviously went completely over your head. This is the point, if you like abusive relationships and want to live in a conplex, I mean complex, where you "have" to call the police on everything, then go for it, move in, but if you want to live in a safe community then look elsewhere, don't move to the Villans on Bell.
