We lived there for ONE year I wanted out after 4 months...the management was awful...and was NEVER would return phone calls. I swear I called 12 times...yet no answer or call back. They were never there when needing something or dropping off rent...oh and beware if you have a package coming check you patio because we had Christmas presents out on our balcony and had no idea how long they were there since we didn't need to go on our balcony. there was no note from them indicating they stuck it out there. Forget about if you have dogs above you and wanting it kept quiet...they treat them like kids....doesn't matter what time of day or night...so if you do choose to get an apartment and don't want noise get an upstairs or make sure there are no pets or single girls above you....they are loud, obnoxious, and have attitudes....and constantly throwing parties...but where is night security....there isn't any unless the office makes sure they forward the ringer to the night security...we had mold in our bathroom and in our other bathroom there was a slope to the whole bathroom....------- is a HORRIBLE MANAGER and beware if you get on her bad side. One good note the maintence guy, tall blonde (I beleive, the cute one) very curteous, quick and does it right.
