There is a new manager at Villas on Bell. She is absolutely wonderful! For anyone interested in looking at the apartment community, her name is Jackie. I moved here from the east coast and looked at many complexes before choosing the Villas on Bell. Jackie had much to do with my decision. She was so engaging, and informative, as she told me all about the restaurants, grocery stores, and other businesses in the area. She has a great since of humor and made me laugh. Since moving into the Villas on Bell, I have been extremely happy. My apartment is lovely and Jackie doesn't waste a moment when it comes to her tenants, potential tenants, and their requests. Whenever I have a request, she acts on it immediately. I don't know how she gets so much accomplished so fast. Her maintenance man, A.C., is the best maintenance man that I have ever had the pleasure to know. He is kind, courteous, and quick with his work, and it's always quality work. I enjoy living at the Villas on Bell so much and the staff that operate it, that I often stop into the office just to say "Hi". Even the big boss, Jackie's supervisor, who over-sees several apartment complexes, is a delightful and engaging professional. Jackie is always in the office with a smile and a warm greeting. I have observed her with the tenants, children, and guests, and her treatment of them is absolutely delightful. In fact, I'd have to say that she has the patience of "Job". I have witnessed some potential tenants that could clear room at the drop of a hat, but Jackie always remains cool, collected, and continues to smile and treat the customer with the utmost respect. If you are looking for an apartment to rent, come and visit the Villas on Bell before you make your final decision, and see for yourself. You will find that the apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and the community is safe, quiet, and affordable. Not to mention that it is in a great location. I plan to remain here for a very long time.

Oh please, please give me a break. If I wanted smoke blown up my eh-uhm, I would vote for Barak Obama. You sound like a salesmen, and a politician. The bad outways the good with the opinions which is the truth about The Villas on Bell, listen to the bad, because it is a bad place to live. If you are dumb enough to move in, invest in some bullet-proof vest for yourself and your family, and prepare for your wages to be garnished when you are late on your rent, because they will evict you.
