Pictures are very deceiving. This complex looks great on line but totally different in person. It's shabby, people leave trash outside their doors. I went one evening to check out the complex and saw a bunch of drunk people sitting on car hoods and even saw one couple fighting on the sidewalk. The guy was throwing the woman around. I'd hate to think I saw this on a good day. As I was leaving two police cars drove in. Needless to say I drove right out the other side. I couldn't believe this was all happening at once but I'm glad it was. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. If you're deciding to check out The Villas on Bell don't.
