When I moved in a few months ago there was a young lady named Diana that was perhaps the friendliest and most helpful Leasing Agent that I have ever met. Since she has been moved to another property the office phone is not answered and I am tired of finding an empty office when I go by to address maintenance or other issues. The manager seems to be absent as much as the new girl is clueless.

I would have referred a couple of friends to look at living here, but have instead advised them against even bothering to try to catch someone in the office. I am sure that at the end of my lease I will not be renewing unless there are major changes in the office staff.
