Vista Sureno Apartments

There's better! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived here for a year and a half. My rent is going up over $100/month and I wasn't on a lease special for it to be going this high. The MANY different neighbors I have had are loud. The landscaping is rocks, dried pine needles and leaves from bushes (the rock landscaping amplifies all the noise). The equipment in the tiny exercise room is falling apart. The sprinklers are constantly gushing (and the tenant pays water). People are constantly driving around the parking lot with music booming. The "lush" landscaping in the pictures for their ads are the golf course that this property has nothing to do with (were they trespassing when they took these pictures'). People are always in your one assigned parking spot. Management is two-faced. They sweet talk you to your face and bad mouth you behind your back. You call for maintenance (which are really nice guys) but you get a story from the office of why they didn't show up and it's been a week or why no one ever showed up when your only toilet over flowed in the early morning hours. This is managements fault; they are responsible for their employees and their actions. They say they are improving the place but I heard that line when I came here a year and a half ago. Look because there is better than this in this area.
