I have been here and I really enjoy it. I love the work that has been put into the place. The new paint, beautiful green trees, the friendly and out going staff, all together make this a GREAT place to live. I have had my workorders fulfilled in a timely manor and never had a problem with any of the staff. I realize some people may get angry and say things because they can't pay their rent or they have other issues with things, but this does not happen to everyone and I personally can not say one thing bad about the place I love to call home.

This place sucks!! There are cob webs on the ceilings as soon as you move in, and the not to mention how ugly the exterior of the place is... A little paint job isn't going to make a difference!! The water is NEVER hot its always ice cold.. we complained around 10 times and still have seen no result, only letters stating they were going to fix it but still have not. It is just frustrating this complex cant even get a simple request done but can focus on the way the apartment looks which is STILL repugnant!!!
