Noisy from the freeway, can?t sleep at night, poor construction-hear neighbors, poor construction on interior. The new gated construction that they installed is poorly designed and is a real pain. Can't have delivery or friends over, unless you are willing to go out in the rain, late at night or blazin ghot sun to let them in. Heaven forbid if you were really sick and needed someone to come over. You would have to drag your butt out there to let them in. Residents who have dogs, do not pick up the dog poop they leave behind. They are a few good residents, but the bad out weighs the good. Shootings, domestic problems, careless residents causing apartment fires, mean residents, dogs that bark at night and useless management. Management will tell you things to shut you up. Problems take a while to get resolved, if they get resolved. We had a leasing consultant that cared about the tenants, but now we don't even have that, she quit. Our loss as well as the property's loss.
