Tis apartment is a good starting place. having no car, to begin with... the bus service was excellent outside the doo. express and local. the mall and shopping centers are witin walking distance. The swimming pool is great and the baskeball court is wonderful. It's a large commnity and older,there are bugs and roaches in some unit. i just used raid. I wold recommend as a sttarter foot in te door to te valley of the sun
