We rented an apartment here in a hurry. We needed to move fast and they had an open apartment.
When we looked at the apartment they told us some story about how the lady who lived in it before didn't keep it clean and brought roaches with her. They said they had been spraying every week and there was no longer a problem.
After about a month we started seeing roaches here and there. It turns out most of the buildings are infested and people we know who looked at apartments here were all told the same "old lady" story.
When our neighbors(who have 4 more people living in their apartment than they are suppose to) turn on their water the water pipes in our walls make high pitched squealing noises. When we brought this up to the office staff, they responded with, "Oh yeah, it does that in my apartment too."
The complex is gated, but it's pointless. People sit in front of the gate and wait fro people to leave, then just drive in. It's really just more of an inconvenience then a security factor. The walk in gates are almost always propped open with rocks. Again just more of an inconvenience.
The staff does not enforce pet owners to clean up after their pets. Often we have found feces in our yard and it takes a couple days for maintenance to clean it up.
I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. It's one of the few places that accepts ex-felons there are less than desirable tenants.
