I have lived here for a little over a year and it has been absolutely horrible. My car window got busted out twice and my gps was stolen the first time, and my stereo the second time. my apartment was broken into while I was sleeping and they cleaned us out. Needless to say it ended up being one of the many drug addicts that live on this property. My rents gotten raised twice in 1 year-now its about 680 for a 1 bedroom. Oh and did i mention the roaches-can't get rid of them no matter how many times they spray-they just move next door. parking sucks-i've had several people park in my spot and the office never enforces their own rules. Forget using the pool at night-the dumb security guard locks it up way to early. it takes maintenance about 2 weeks to get to you and don't give a notice when they do- one guy walked in on my naked wife and kept staring at her. Please take my advice-I don't want anyone to go through what i've been through at this hell hole.
