i've been living here for quite a while. of course, there were some tenants complained the management. the tenants just see negative things to the management. if you really think about it, there are hundreds of people in this neighborhood and there is only one office and some staffs. they are trying to do as much as they can. i had problems with my a/c, heater and water pipes. at least, they come and fix with no extra cost. if i live in a house of my own, i have to pay (not include in my monthly payment). parking: if u come home around 1 a.m., of course not, u won't find a parking. but if u come home like normal people, there's always "parkings". kids: the parents should watch them instead of letting them run around in other neighbor.

apparently, you, like the management never come outside to see what is going on around the place.As far as them fixing things in the apartment they are supposed to, without the city making them do it!Do u also have a roach problem?Do u not see the illigals hanging around the front of the place,or the people coming in & out to buy drugs!open your eyes!!!!the back of the complex looks like crap they only keep the front clean for prospective tenants!I've had to call the city a few times just to get things in my apt fixed!!how can u not see only the negative, not once has management showed anything positive to see!!!!!
