bad: above neighbors so loud, that had to drag matress out of bedroom into livingroom every night to get ANY sleep; no parking; kitchen cabinents so small that dishes, food, and siverware only fit into one big cabinent all together; have roaches; carpet was dyed (ya i've never heard of it either) blue
good: have monthy maintence visits that are optional for any problems; outside is kept up well; gated; floor plan has big livingroom w small kitchen; well lit

I have lived here for two years and in two different apartments and I have never seen a roach. I agree parking can be limited. If you are not happy with the people above you I'msure the people in the office will help you. they have always seemed to take care of any of my problems.

oh no they won't help you about the people above you. I have called and called and emailed, and sent certified letters and everything I could do to get a new apartment. Yeah, I have to move out b/c I work two jobs and go to school and i need all the sleep I can get. Being woken up at 2,3,4, and 5 in the morning isn't cute.

hmm, thats funny cause my upstairs neighbor got slapped with a breach of contract on the SECOND time I called in about him. Maybe you are calling in angry ? People kind of have a tendancy to shut down and be unwilling to help when you come at them in an angry way. When I called in, I was calm, collected and advised them in a professional manner. As above stated, I only had to call twice before they threatened him with eviction. I have not been kept awake since.

whether or not they called in angry should not matter. as a person who is hired to provide customer service, they should help no matter what
