I wonder if you have ever said anything to the people in the office. Thats what they are there for. I have been here for several years and they have always fixed any problems I have had, they did forget something one time, but I went back up there and they apologized and fixed it for me.

Yeah, well I have to agree with the noise complaint! Pool closes at 10 pm, yeah, right! People are in it all night, usually drunk and loud. And keep the kids' drapes shut cause it's not uncommon to see them out there having sex as well. Have I talked to the office staff? Yes, on many, many occassions. Anything ever done? Nada. Lip service. They don't care.

yeah it's pretty much a ---- hole! The neighbors above me shake my ceiling with their stereo at all hours of the night. Cars are stolen regularly & my husband often has to park accross the street since there are never any parking spots! A few weeks ago I found fleas near the front door hopping around on the floor! I don't have a pet & I keep my apartment very clean, so there's no reason why I should have fleas! I also find tiny roaches constantly that won't go away. I have let the office know, but they were hardly concerned with my complaint! The rent is close to $800 for a 2 bedroom which is way too much for these apartments! I pay $40/month for water that is never hot. I never paid $40 for water when I owned my home. And the water is shut off monthly for maintenance... whatever that means! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! Don't do it!

yeah, i have seen lots of people naked and having sex in the pool. needless to say, i never once swam in it.
