Well I have lived in this complex for about 8 months now.

So far the only issue I have had (knock on wood) is a noisy neighbor. However, I would like to say they they immediately took action against this person, and the second time I called in about it they slapped him with a breach of contract and advised him(in person I might add) that the next complaint they get, hes going to get the boot.

Now thats action! I was very pleased with the actions of the staff in this matter. I am pleased to say that I have not been kept awake since.

In addition, maintenance so far has been decent. There are rumors going around about them but they are from pretty skanky people so I dont take alot of salt with it. One maintenance guy was a tad bit rude, but if you put yourself in his shoes... yeah, I dont think anyone aspires to grow up to be a maint man. So i cut em a little tiny bit of slack cause that job has got to suck.

I have also heard complaints about the management being rude, but they never have been to me and the people who are saying this .. well again.. skanky.

The proximity to the freeway was bad at first (what with the semi trucks and their ridiculously noisy air brakes), however, within 1 month I was acustomed to this noise and dont even notice it now.

All-in-all, I would say this is a decent place with a decent price. Yes, numerous people of middle eastern decent live here, and while I dont particularly like those people, I have to admit, their children are EXTREMELY well behaved. Not to mention that they, themselves, are EXTREMELY nice to others they dont know. They alwasy say hi to me when we pass. I have to say, so far zero white (or black) people have said hi to me.

Parking is as would be expected in an apartment complex( I dont know what you other people expect, but an entire carport size parking spot just isnt a realistic expectation).

While its not a shining beacon in the desert, it sure blows away some of the other ghetto's on 23rd ave.

For what its worth, I will probably renew my lease here based on the actions of the management when I needed them.
