Don't move here if you need running water!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
The complex is relatively cheap as far as rent is concerned; however, what you pay in "hassle bucks" is disgusting. You can count on not having running water for about a week every 3 months. The management will continually assure that they have fixed the problem and then a few months later you will get a notice that something else is wrong with the water mains and everyone will have there water shut off from 9am-4pm for the next week...."thanks for your understanding:) the management.
